Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information or cancel an order where necessary. If we cancel an order after payment, we will provide a refund.
2. Pricing and payment
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD), unless otherwise stated.
Any applicable taxes and delivery charges will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.
Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout.
3. Physical products and delivery
Physical products will be dispatched according to the processing and delivery information provided on our website or during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, postal services and circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional delivery charges may apply, subject to applicable consumer rights.

4. Digital downloads
Digital products, including wallpaper bundles, are supplied electronically. No physical item will be shipped.
After purchase, you will receive access to your digital files through the order confirmation page and/or a download link sent to your nominated email address.
Download links may have an expiry period. Please download and save your files promptly, and refer to the product description for any specific download conditions.
Digital files are supplied in the formats and dimensions described on the product page. Compatibility with every device, application or operating system cannot be guaranteed.
5. Personal-use licence for digital products
Unless a product description expressly states otherwise, purchasing a Stay Darling digital product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use.
You may download and use the purchased wallpapers on your own personal devices.
You may not:
Resell, redistribute, share or give away the digital files.
Upload the files to another website, marketplace or digital product library for distribution.
Use the designs on products intended for sale.
Claim the designs as your own.
Reproduce, modify or incorporate the designs into commercial products without written permission.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the original artwork.

6. Returns, refunds and Australian Consumer Law
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
Stay Darling does not generally offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind, including for digital downloads, unless we expressly agree otherwise.

Our goods and services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy if a product is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.
